WASHINGTON (July 10, 2025) – The NRDC Action Fund, a national environmental organization, today announced it has endorsed Abigail Spanberger for governor of Virginia. The group also issued four endorsements of environmental champions running for reelection in the Virginia House of Delegates, including:
- Nadarius Clark, HD-84
- Joshua Cole, HD-65
- Michael Feggans, HD-97
- Joshua Thomas, HD-21
“Abigail Spanberger is squarely focused on building a better future for all Virginians, including making the commonwealth a leader in affordable, domestic clean energy and the jobs it creates,” said Mike Cassesso, political and advocacy director for the NRDC Action Fund. “We’re proud to endorse Spanberger and these environmental champions in the House of Delegates because they are standing up for Virginians against on onslaught of MAGA attacks intended to erase our clean energy progress and lock us into a more expensive, and more polluted future.”
